O/A-Level students: enter the marks from your IBCC equivalence certificate.
Your entry-test scores (leave blank any test you did not take)
NED, Air University and Bahria use their own test scales, so enter those as a percentage (0–100). A university row stays blank until its test score is entered — no aggregate is guessed.

Closing merits for all other universities and programmes are not published here — check the official merit list of each university. Closing merit changes every year with seats and applicant scores, so last year's figure is a guide only, never a guarantee. Updated: October 2026.
Formulas change by admission cycle and programme — always confirm against the current prospectus of the university you are applying to. UET formulas use FSc marks as published by UET; NUST uses FSc Part-I where stated in its criteria. This tool is an estimate, not an admission offer.
About our Pakistan University Merit Calculator
The Pakistan University Merit Calculator computes admission aggregates from Matric, FSc/HSSC and entry-test marks using each university's published weightage — MDCAT, NUMS, KMU CAT, ECAT, NUST NET, FAST, COMSATS, NED and more. It also works backwards: pick a target aggregate and it shows the entry-test score you need. Closing merits are shown only where a published figure with its year was found; everywhere else the tool honestly says the figure is not published here.
All Done is a leading platform offering free online utility tools and browser-based productivity applications, requiring no software installation or registration. Every web utility is fully optimized for speed, delivering secure, client-side data processing and instant results directly inside your browser tab.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is a university aggregate calculated?
Each exam percentage is multiplied by its weightage and the results are added. For example, MDCAT aggregate = 10% of Matric % + 40% of FSc % + 50% of MDCAT % (out of 180).
What test score do I need for a target aggregate?
Use the What test score do I need section: enter your target percentage and pick a university. The tool subtracts what Matric and FSc already contribute and converts the remainder into the test marks you need — or tells you plainly if the target is not reachable even with full test marks.
Do I need to enter every test score?
No. Leave blank any test you did not take; that university's row stays blank instead of guessing an aggregate. Universities with no entry test (QAU, IIUI) are calculated from Matric and FSc alone.
Why is there no closing merit for my university?
Closing merit is only shown where a published figure with its year was found (three Punjab public MBBS colleges, 2025-26). For all others the tool says not published rather than inventing a number — check that university's official merit list.
What is the UET ECAT aggregate formula?
Matric 17% + FSc 50% + ECAT 33%, with ECAT scored out of 400. This differs from MDCAT (Matric 10% + FSc 40% + MDCAT 50%, out of 180) and from NUST NET (Matric 10% + FSc 15% + NET 75%, out of 200) — do not mix the weightings up. Always confirm against the current prospectus of the university you are applying to.
